Lightning man
I’m reading Guys write for guys read. This book has just short stories in it. If I had to pick a story to make a movie it would be Lightning man. But it would be an animated movie. I would have Tobey McGuire do the voice for lightning man. I would have to add things in it to make it a good full length movie. I would have Brad pit as the villain. Thorn is the main villain and I think people would be surprised to see Brad pit playing the voice of this villain. I would direct this movie in New York. So we have a lot to work with for this movie. I would add a character so lightning man could have a girl friend or a wife. I would have Carmen Electra to play his girl friend. A hot girl who has some experience to play this role. I would just make random people to be in the scenery. Actors I would pick to play some roles would be Adam Sandler, Carmon Diaz, Ben stiller, and maybe Dakota phaning. I would make people for them to have a part in this movie. It would be a fun, entertaining, family movie, for everyone to see. So this is a story I would pick to make a good, fantastic, movie.

Artie is the main chapter in the book Maus. Artie is a reporter. He interviews his dad about the concentration camps that happened but when he was growing up. He asks his dad a whole bunch of questions about the past to figure out what really happened. His dad doesn’t like talking about the past because it was a hard time for him because he was only a kid and that was hard for him to watch. He takes note about everything he says and makes it into a story. He feels as if he is living in the past days, that’s how real it is for him.

The boy in the blue striped pajamas is a good movie. Theirs a boy that lives in the concentration camp because hes Jewish and he becomes friends with this kid who lives in a house kind of close to the camp. They meet up every day just to play throw the fence. They become really good friends. The boy that doesn’t live there doesn’t know why the other boy has to live there but also doesn’t know that his dad is the one that owns that camp and his dad is the one treating them so badly. For about a week the boy that lives there doesn’t meet in there spot where they always meet by the fence so the boy keeps coming but but the other boy doesn’t show up. One day the boy was there and asked if he wanted to sneak in and spend the day with him so the boy brought him a peer of clothes to wear. I guess it was wrong timing because that day they had all the Jews go into this room and they all got burned to death including the boy that his dad is they one running the camp. Later that day they realized there son was gone and finally found out he was with the people when they got burned.

The things that were alike. They both had to do with concentration camps. The Jews were treated bad just because of what they believed in and that’s not far for the kids that don’t get to chose on what they believe in. Both camps killed the Jews when it became over populated so that they could bring in more to store there. Know one really know why Hitler hated them so badly i guess he just wanted all of the power to control them all. Even after Hitler died people still killed Jews for along time. Now things have changed and isn’t like that anymore. They both had to do with a kids prospective of what was going on.

The differences they had. One actually took places and they other one was a story being told. Both stories were different so know one knows what exactly knows what happened. There are many sides of the story that were told. One story is from a Jews prospective and the other is from a non-Jew just trying to stay out of the way. They took place in different places and at different times. The one was when Hitler was around and the other was when people carried out what was happening.

“Rat attack”

In the book rat attack I found a lot of interesting stuff. I learned that rats live in farms and cities and mice are small pets. Also that their teeth never stop growing. Mice are used by scientist to study medicine. And that rats get pregnant quick.

The book rat attack reminds me off ratatouille. It reminds me of this movie because they treat the mouse bad. They also try to kill him because they think he’s dirty. And they rat pack the food storage just like they would rat pack anything else. And the rat runs away just like a real one if you’re trying to kill it.

But there are some differences between this movie and book. In ratatouille the rat can cook and in real life they can’t. The mouse can also talk to himself rats can’t do that. He also tries to pretend to make the guy cook. And that rats know what people are saying.

All in all I like this book a lot. I’ve read it for 2 straight years. I find it interesting what they talk about rats and mice. And they also explain the differences. In conclusion I recommend this book to anyone that likes rats.

Twilight

I just finished reading the book called twilight; I have to say that it was one of the books I’ve ever read. It introduces two main characters and those are Edward and Isabella, she prefers “Bella.” The way Bella and Edward meet is very strange. It all starts when Bella moves to forks, she was living in Arizona where it’s always hot and dry. In forks the weather is very different it’s always wet and cold.

Bella was trying to fit in her new school but it wasn’t really working. She was trying to adjust to her new home for the summer, but everywhere Bella went it seemed like everyone was staring at her. After a couple of weeks students started to accept Bella for who she is. Edward on the other hand couldn’t really get used to her, Bella felt like something was wrong with her. The worse part for Bella was that she has Science class with Edward, it turned out that Edward was a vampire and could read minds, but Bella did not know that.  They started talking more and more, slowly Bella started to like Edward.

Once they got used to each other, they began to hang out even more. People at school thought it was really awkward for them to “date.”  As months went by Bella started noticing that something was different about Edward. He wasn’t really like normal people. She started looking up information about being fast, cold skinned and having strength. Bella started to freak out once she seen the word “vampire.” The next day at school Bella completely ignored Edward, right then and there he know something was wrong. Bella told him that she knew what he was.  Bella then started to accept him and that’s when Edward was falling in love with her.

Edward wanted to introduce Bella to his family, but she thought it would be weird. Edward’s family had an excuse to use the kitchen for once. When Bella arrived it turned out that she had already eaten and was not really hungry. They got really close to Bella and they accepted her and she was now part of the family. They would do anything to make sure Bella is safe and protected.  Things began to get worse once a new pack of vampires came into town. They started killing people and tried to go after Bella. There was one vampire named James that was after her the most. No matter what the Colleens would do anything to make sure Bella was safe. It got out of control with James he went after Bella’s mom.  Bella would do anything to make sure her mom was safe, so she had to meet James in her old ballet studio and she couldn’t bring anyone or her mom would die. Bella was scared, she thought she was going to die, James bit her arm and the poison was spreading fast. Edward was trying his best to keep James away from Bella. Once the Colleens arrived to the ballet studio, Edward had to bite Bella to take the poison out, but he was scared because he thought he wasn’t going stop biting.

In the end, Bella turned out to be okay. She had a broken leg and really didn’t really know what had happened.  James got killed and Bella did not have to worry about him anymore. Edward and Bella stayed together and went to prom together.  Victoria, James wife was angry at the colleens because they had killed him. Know Victoria wants to kill Bella since she is with Edward.

I would recommend this book to everyone because they are really interesting.  I’m sure people would love to read this book as much as I did. They would continue with the series. In my point of view it was one of the best books I’ve ever read!!

Twilight

I am reading the book twilight. It is such a good book and very interesting. Bella is a girl who moved in with her dad in Forks. She had moved in with her dad because she wanted to spend time with him because she hasn’t seen him in a while. Bella is a new girl at school whose eye is on this boy named Edward. The thing she doesn’t know yet is that Edward is a vampire. She is getting to know all these kids from the school.  And she notices that Edward is acting very strange.

Bella had science class with Edward and once she had walked in the class room Edward got this funny smell from her. She goes to sit down next to him because that was her assigned seat. Once Bella sat down she noticed that Edward had left the room all quick. She wanted to ask him what his problem was but she didn’t see him the rest of the day. She waited for the next day to ask him but he never came. Finally after like a week he showed up and by the time she could ask him anything he started talking to her. Then she finally stopped him and asked what his problem was the other day. He had said that he had to go out of town.

Once they got to know each other they started to hang out more. She started to fall for Edward. Edward had asked Bella on a date and she had said yes. People at school thought it was really awkward that Bella was hanging out with Edward. They told Bella that they were surprised that Edward even talked to her because he really never talked to no one but his brothers and sisters. Bella had started noticing that something was different about Edward. Bella almost got hit by a car and Edward had stopped it with his hands. Bella asked Edward how he did that and he had just walked away. Bella noticed that something wasn’t right about Edward so she did some research. She did research about being fast, cold skinned and having strength.

After doing some research, Bella actually found out why Edward was so cold, fast, and had a lot of strength. The next day she went to school and walked right passed Edward without saying hi. Edward knew something was up. He went up to Bella and asked her why she didn’t say hi. She said because I know what you are. He told Bella that maybe they shouldn’t hang out anymore because he could hurt her. Bella said that she doesn’t care if he is a vampire or not. But Edward did care because he did not want to hurt her. Bella told Edward that she knows that he won’t hurt her and that she doesn’t want to lose him. Edward had to leave with Bella because the ware wolfs knew Bella was with Edward. They were going after Bella because they knew that Bella was the most important thing to Edward. So Bella had went home and told her dad that she needed to leave and get a way for a while. Bella’s dad tried to do everything to keep her there because he did not want to lose his daughter again. But she left anyway. She went with Edward and his family. They tried to keep her safe but the ware wolfs had got her. They tried to kill her but then Edward showed up and saved her. The ware wolf had bit Bella and Edward had to suck out the blood to save her life and he did just that.

Bella and Edward stayed together and Bella had gone back with her dad.  She apologized to him about everything she said.  She never told her dad about Edward being a vampire because she did not want him to make her stop seeing him. She also didn’t want him not to respect him when she took him to go over to her house. That was what happened in the book and at the ending of the book. It was a very good book and I hope to read the second one.

things have not been well.everybody is scared out of their head.we have heard a lot of noise down stairs.i think they know we are here and the other bad part of this is that the lock for the door does not work any more.freaking perter broke it and now is if they want to come in they can come anytime they want.dad tried to fix it but it didn’t do any good its still jacked up.

omg! so i was right they knew we were here! so one of them came and opened the door and started screaming so other people know what was happening. so we all charged at him.and we had to kill him kitty.it was him or all of  us.Mr van dann and my dad killed him now we don’t know what to do with him his body is starting to stink,and we cant go out and people are looking for him.

so it stinks soooo bad in here and that’s another big problem because the people that been coming to do work on the house can now smell it so we have to get rid of the body quick!

so the next chance we got we took the body down we didn’t have another choice.at least now they will think some one killed him and left him there.

Anne frank I have read your journal. I see that your life was hard. You couldn’t come out play with your friends, have fun, be happy, or go to school.

Anne always helped her mom to cook food. She was always happy but sometimes Anne didn’t like her life because she was always in her house. She liked to go to school to get a good education. She wanted to help her family with all the problems and get a good life.

Anne frank was sad because the Nazis killed her mom. Anne was so happy with her mom she was crying because they killed her mom. Anne loves her mom because she always helped her mom to make food and she always have fun with her.

One day, Anne frank was of school she was going to her house she saw her brother and her sister dead. She was crying for her brother and her sister. She was alone with her dad so Anne frank was super sad.

Anne frank was in her house when the Nazis went to her house and kill he. Anne frank was dying when her dad got home. Her dad move houses because the Nazis were looking for him. He was the only one left. All his family was dead. Anne frank‘s life was so sad.

The Ending (:

The book I’m reading is Aquamarine, by Alice Hoffman.  Aquamarine became a human when her father made the big storm to Capri Sun Beach. She got swept in with all the water, and was found in the community pool.

Hailey & Claire heard noises and went to go see what it was. When they were looking Claire saw something in the pool that she’d never seen before. Claire kneeled down to see what it might be and fell in the pool. She told Hailey she saw some kind of creature that had figures of a mermaid.

Hailey & Claire wanted to see if it was a mermaid, so they went back that night, aquamarine came out of the water and started talking. Hailey and Claire were scared! They’ve never seen a real talking mermaid. The next day they heard noises at the pool, the people were sucking all the pool water that had been washed with the ocean water. They were mad because aquamarine wasn’t there. They started walking and heard noises in the shack. They unlocked the lock and saw aquamarine. Hailey and Claire took aquamarine to their house and gave her clothes. This is how she turned into a human.

The ending of Aquamarine is that Hailey & Claire go their separate ways. Claire is moving with her grandmother & grandfather to a different country. Hailey is staying in Capri Sun Beach with her mom. Later on Aquamarine has to go back to her dad in the ocean. Aquamarines dad has made a bad storm because, aquamarine has left the ocean. Aquamarine’s last day as a human has ended bad for her. Aquamarines dad only gave her three days as a normal human. Once Aquamarine turned back into a mermaid, she gives Claire & Hailey her lucky star fish so they would remember her. Hailey & Claire were devastated that they weren’t going to have each other to go to in their high school year. The good thing was Hailey & Claire knew they’d never forget each other. Finally, Claire and her grandparents left Capri Sun Beach.

The run away-beginning

The first ranch that lennie and gorge worked at they had to run away. George was talking to a girl and she had on a fur dress. Lennie likes to touch things so he went to go touch her dress and she thought he was trying to rape her. So, the whole team at the ranch was trying to find lennie and George

Camp out-

Lennie and gorge weir on the run, they came across a pond weir there they camped out. George had made a camp fire so they could make some food. The thing that lennie likes to do is pet things so he had a little mouse and gorge had through it across the river. So when gorge went to tell lennie to go to get the fire wood he went to go get his mouse to.

First day-

at the new ranch gorge told lennie not to say anything. He did not want the people at the ranch to know that lennie was a little slow, because they would not let him work. No one wanted to talk them. When they do go to talk to them, they talk to them in a smart way.

Trouble-

Curley’s wife was going around talking to the guys, but the guys think she is trying to start trouble. All she wants is to talk to someone when all the guys are out playing horse shoes; lennie is buy himself in the barn. Curley’s wives told lennie to touch her hear so he does. He starts to touch it but he did not stop, he ended up breaking her neck.

After he broke her neck, the whole town was after him. They were going to shoot him in the stomach. Gorge was not going to let the make lennie suffer so he had to get to lennie firs. He told him to look and imagine the farm and he shot him in the back of the head.

For better or worse the second one is not really good as the first one because it just does not have that much detail. This book is pretty old it’s been out there for some time.

The ending of this book was not as good as the first book because the first book is  was way much better because this one has detail in it but the second one is just like the first one and then like it changes the end for the second one.

So Bob is the main charter is this one they added one in from the other book so Bod has two jobs and he has two kids and he is there for them all the time and he never leaves them Hanging.

T           he kid’s mom is never there for her kids. She thinks that the dad can take good care of them and which he can and he all ways will. The kids never want to meet the mom because they don’t care for her.

All at the end bob ends up dyeing and the kids are all grown up and they are both in the mLb so they don’t need help about anything so this book was not the best but it is a good book
